Pulling an Agent Report for Closed Loans

What is an Agent Report? 

If you are currently integrated with your LOS system, Usherpa is receiving loan information from your LOS system, and capturing the Buyers Agent and Listing Agent information on the loan record. Although these contacts are not added to your Usherpa account directly, you can still report on them. 

When you are logged in, click on the "Loans" tab and choose "View Loans." Make sure you change to "Closed Loans." You can even add in a Closed Date filter, and then click "Search.

When the list of loans pulls up, click on the dark grey checkbox next to "Last Name" and choose "Select All." You will now see an "Actions" button appear, and from that drop down choose "Get Agent Report." This will start an automatic download to Excel. 

When the Excel file pulls up, make sure you click on "Enable Editing" and then you can expand the rows by clicking on the small number 2 in the left hand corner of the Excel sheet.
