If the customer is already in the database and I close a new loan, does it automatically delete the duplicate?

Our system will combine all exact duplicates; meaning that it matches new contacts to the contacts in your Usherpa account based on First Name, Last Name,  Address, Zip code and Email address and creates one account for that contact. All fields must match exactly for the system to recognize the duplicate and create a single account.
