What happens if I don't have an email for a Birthday Notification?

Usherpa will send out a birthday email notification 7 days prior to the date of any contact’s birthday if the DOB for that contact has been entered into your Usherpa account.   When you receive the email notice, you can add an email address into the contact’s record. The email from you will go out as scheduled.  If you do not have their email address you can use the notification to set up a task in your Usherpa account to call them on their birthday and perhaps during that call ask for their email address to help keep them informed.  Then enter the email into your Usherpa account so that going forward they can receive the email campaigns.
