What is the “Contact Display Name”?

This is the name that you want to appear on all of your marketing pieces to that contact. It will pre-populate after you type the contact’s name into the “Name” field, and you have the option of changing the display name once you do that.

Once you locate your contact click Edit Contact on the right side of View Contact.

The Display Name is located on the Main Page.
