We use software that updates addresses via the USPS NCOA (National Change of Address) and CASS certification which validates the address with the zip +4 format and determines if it is a valid address.
If the address is determined non-deliverable, our process will delete the address from the contact record and add a note to the contact's notes. A Report is available under the Reports tab; click on the Address Change Report button and an Excel file will download.
If the contact moves and puts in for a change of address with the post office, we update their address with the new one and add the old address to their notes.
