After the 12-week campaign, your Prospects will revert back to the Nurturing campaign, or if they close the loan with you, they will be moved into your customer database automatically if the following fields match EXACTLY: first name, last name, first four digits of their address, zip code and email address. If any of those fields do not match then you will need to delete the name out of your Prospects when the new loan has been added.
