What Is a Prospect?

A Prospect is anyone who is in the market to buy and/or sell a home. They may have a pre-existing relationship with you, or they may be a cooler lead. We distinguish between long and short term buyers by contact types: ‘Hot Prospect’ and ‘Long Term Buyer’. Marketing drip campaign content is relative to the Prospect type chosen.
