What is the Transactional Agent Report?

The Transactional Agent Report will give you the ability to add someone to your Usherpa account quickly. With Usherpa, we are matching your Buyer's Agents on loans to an existing Business Partner contact in your account. Keep in mind we are matching based on First Name, Last Name and Email Address. In the event we do not find a match, the contact will be added to your Transactional Agent Report. 

To access this report, login to your Usherpa account, and go to the Reports tab, and click on Transactional Agents

Once the report pulls up, you will be able to see the agents that are not currently a contact in your Usherpa account. You can also see if they were the Buyers Agent or Listing Agent, which Loan they were on, and the Property Address. You can also search by Closed Loans, and the Last Loan Per Customer. 

To add someone to your Usherpa account, click on the last people icon at the end of the row.  You will need to confirm you want to add this contact. Keep in mind that it is best practice to only add agents you have a relationship with, or they know who you are. This is the best way to increase engagement with your database, and limit spam.
