Here are our top 5 ways to maximize your Usherpa Account
#1: Utilize the groups feature
Segment your database into smaller groups to help you focus on a specific group of people. For example, create a group of your top referral partners called “A Realtors” or your top potential customers called “Hot Prospects.” You can use groups to target each group with phone calls & marketing, all while keeping your database organized.
#2: Set up your call settings
Each morning you will receive your UsherpAlert email with notifications of birthdays, loan check-up, anniversaries and tasks. Make this email more effective by creating automatic call lists. You can set up your call setting directly in your Usherpa account based on contact type or groups. 5 mins and you’ve made your daily to dos much easier!
