How Do I Cancel My Account?

You can cancel your Usherpa account at any time by sending in an email to [e-mail] stating that you would like your account to be cancelled. Once your account has been inactivated, you will receive a confirmation email. You can also request to have your database sent via email. Please note, billing is done on the 1st of every month, so to avoid another charge, try to get your account cancelled by the end of the month if you wish.
